The "pgplot.lib" file is a statically-linked PGPLOT library suitable
for use with Visual Fortran. This library includes postscript and
GrWin drivers. For more information on Tsugu Tamaribuchi's really
superb (and free!) GrWin graphics library, see:

http://spdg1.sci.shizuoka.ac.jp/grwinlib/english

This build has only been tested on Windows 2000. It should work for
any Windows distribution though as I've resisted the temptation to add
NT-specific code. I used Visual Fortran 6.0 to build this library. A
ridiculously detailed tutorial describing how to build this can be
found in the "Absolute Beginners Guide to Building GrWin PGPLOT for
Windows.txt" file.

The files "grdos.f", "grexec.f", and "grgfil.f" are slightly modified
from the /sys_win folder in the original PGPLOT distribution.

The file "gwdriv.c" is a slightly modified version of the standard
GrWin pgplot driver. Check to see if there is a more recent version of
this file before using this.

The "grfont.dat" file contains the binary font information that PGPLOT
needs, in a format suitable for use with Digital Visual Fortran.
